• To update your account details, please contact our support team.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be suspended.

• Only payment methods registered in the account holder's name may be used.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Threatening or harassing another user.

• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Under the order of a court or regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Accounts inactive for a full 12 months will be closed with prior notice.
